Being, one of the following "Santander Universidades" countries *: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela
* Must live in the country for the purpose of ordinary residence, work or study and to demonstrate this with live document or immigration documents.
